I am a nationally Registered Art Therapist and independently Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. In 2017, I earned my MA in Marital and Family Therapy with an emphasis in Clinical Art Therapy from Loyola Marymount University (Los Angeles, CA). My areas of specialized training and experience include:

• clinical art therapy

• anxiety

• insomnia (CBT-I)

• parts work (Internal Family Systems, IFS)

• skin-picking and hair-pulling (BFRBs)

• faith transition and religious trauma
