3. How do you treat perfectionism and chronic guilt?

We work together to understand anxious perfectionism—patterns of overdrive, guilt, and self-criticism—using art therapy, parts work, and other evidence-based approaches to build self-compassion.

6. What does therapy cost, and do you offer sliding scale options?

Individual sessions are $195 and couples sessions are $245. A limited number of sliding scale slots are available. Payment is accepted by credit card or HSA.

8. Do you work with LGBTQ+ clients or clients from specific backgrounds?

Yes. My practice is LGBTQ-affirming, trauma-informed, and welcoming to clients from a variety of identities and life experiences, including those processing religious stress.

9. What experience and credentials do you have?

I hold a Master of Arts in Art Therapy from Loyola Marymount University and am licensed in Ohio, California, and Utah as both a Marriage and Family Therapist and a Professional Art Therapist. I have over eight years of clinical experience.
