Questioning everything?

You don’t have to do it alone.

This stuff is hard as hell…

Faith crisis, deconstruction, religious trauma, mixed faith relationships –
Art therapy and counseling can help.

And you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Church can touch every aspect of life, from your core values to who you marry. Leaving or questioning your faith is disorienting at best. Experiencing abuse at church or from spiritual leaders can leave you feeling confused, hurt, and lost. And if you and your loved ones aren’t on the same page about faith, it can create rifts that seem irredeemable.

I help people untangle the fear, guilt, grief, loneliness, and confusion that come with religious struggles. I help them mend hurt relationships and get clear about their values and goals, so they can feel at home in their life again.

Here are some of the things we’ll work on together:

Healing from Religious Trauma – Unpacking fear-based beliefs, purity culture, and spiritual abuse.

Navigating Faith Shifts – Making sense of what you still believe, what you don’t, and how to move forward.

Reclaiming Your Identity – Understanding who you are and what your values are outside of church-based expectations.

Easing Anxiety & Guilt – Learning to trust yourself and your choices without fear of punishment.

Managing Relationships with Family & Faith Communities – Getting confident with difficult conversation, boundary-setting, and relationship skills with people who may not understand your journey.
